The balloon from hell came and went. The balloon was maneuverable! As I understand it:

It was launched from mainland China,
It traveled up to Alaska,
Then crossed down through Canada into Idaho,
Traveled East about midline Missouri,
And finally out to sea about North Carolina/ South Carolina,
Where it was shot down in about 45 feet of seawater.

This was a NATIONAL SECURITY EVENT! It should have been shot down when it was near Alaska! It should have never been able to cross the United States and 3 Nuclear Missile Bases!
