I would correct the policy that all elected officeholders would use the same entitlements (retroactively) that the citizens use (medical insurance, life insurance etc.). THIS is called equity. And this includes the military (there is no reasonable reason to give the military less efficient/more costly system when they are the ones losing their lives, losing limbs, being poisoned or mentally injured)
